Sensors prevent too much or too little watering
The unusually wet spring may have fogged your memory when it comes to the dried up grass and high water bills of past summers. But that can change in the blink of an eye.
Sensors monitor the wind speed, the amount of rain, the temperature, the humidity — all these things — and send that information to a little computer where you have entered the type of soil, what types of grass it is, whether the zone is in a shady or sunny area
